Privacy Policy
Nedward: Notebook Climber, by Agua Digital · Effective November 5, 2026
Information we collect
None. The game does not ask for, collect, or receive your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or any other personal information, and it does not send or receive any data over the internet.
Information stored on your device
To work, the game saves a small amount of information only on your own device:
- Your best score
- Your settings: control mode (tilt or buttons), vibration on/off, and sound on/off
This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. If your phone's own backup is turned on, Android may include it in your personal device backup, which is controlled by you and your device's settings. We never receive it.
To delete it, uninstall the game or clear its storage in your device's app settings.
Advertising, analytics, and third parties
The game contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting services, no in-app purchases, and no third-party code that collects data. Nothing is shared with or sold to anyone.
Device features
- Motion sensor: used only while you play, to steer by tilting the phone. Readings are used instantly and never saved or sent anywhere.
- Vibration: used for haptic feedback during play. You can turn it off in the game's settings.
Children's privacy
Nedward is designed to be suitable for players of all ages, including children. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children, and it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.
Changes to this policy
If the game ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
